The Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is looking for a Culinary Director who will build a reputation for the Resort by maintaining a talented kitchen brigade and a consistent innovative cuisine of the highest quality, promising an exceptional culinary experience.
He will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and Team Members and display a proficient leadership within the culinary team and the Resort in general that creates positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues.
Ensure an ongoing development of team members and identify an effective approach to succession planning
Managing areas of profit, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
– 10 years minimum in a Executive Chef role or greater. International Experience on high-volume luxury hotel.
– A creative approach to the production of high quality food
– A business focused approach to managing Culinary division.
– Excellent communication skills (French mandatory)
– Ability to build relationships internal and external to the Resort
– Culinary or Hospitality related degree
